In some cases, you may need to cancel a data request after it has been issued. This will remove it from your screens as well as from the recipient's workbasket, and archive it on both sides for audit purposes. In order to cancel the request, please follow the below steps :

  1. Log into your myrmex account :
  2. Click on the Requests tab in the lefthand side menu:

  3. Click on the name of the request you wish to cancel
  4. Click on the Cancel request button : 

NB : Cancelling a request is not the same action as archiving it. While archiving a request removes it from the requester view (more information on archiving a request can be found here), the data provider is still expected to respond to it. Cancelling a request also removes it from the data provider screens who is no more expected to respond to it.
